Tutoring Process

Our tutoring sessions at VividLearn are designed to be personalized to the individual needs of each student. We offer two main formats for tutoring sessions:

  1. One-on-One Sessions:

    • Format: Individualized online meeting with a dedicated tutor.
    • Duration: Sessions typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student’s preference and learning needs.
    • Tools/Platforms: We use video conferencing tools, such as Zoom or Google Meets, and specialized software, such as Desmos to help students learn. 

  2. Group Sessions:

    • Format: Collaborative online meeting with a small group of peers.
    • Duration: Group sessions are usually 1 to 1.5 hours long, allowing for ample time for discussion and problem-solving.
    • Tools/Platforms: We use video conferencing tools, such as Zoom or Google Meets, and specialized software, such as Desmos to help students learn.
